• Located in Downtown West Palm Beach
• Cast-in-place concrete work for Kaufman-Lynn Construction
• Four pile caps, each supporting a 5′-00″ x 2′-06″ x 33′-00” tall cast-in-place concrete column for the porte-cochère roof
• Each column was cast with (36) 1 3/8″ diameter through bolts near the top of the column
• Zero tolerance for the placement of the anchor bolts which were to receive a5′ x 5′ x 3″ thick steel plate on each side of the column
• Cast-in-place retaining walls and architectural concrete stairs
