PROJECT MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: Construction

JOB PURPOSE: to provide overall management direction for multiple projects, establishing project objectives, procedures, schedules and performance standards within boundaries of company policy. Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients, general contractors, and suppliers to facilitate construction activities.

SUPERINTENDENT

DEPARTMENT: Construction

REPORTS TO: General Field Superintendent

JOB PURPOSE: provide overall on-site management on construction project site. Schedule, coordinate and supervise all employee activities
at the job site and ensure project is done on time, within budget and in a safe manner.

CARPENTER

DEPARTMENT: Construction

REPORTS TO: Leadman / Assistant Superintendent

JOB PURPOSE: to perform carpentry for day to day work as directed by the leadman as delegated by the superintendent, including building
rough wooden structures such as concrete supporting forms according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions.

CARPENTER HELPER

DEPARTMENT: Construction

REPORTS TO: Leadman / Assistant Superintendent

JOB PURPOSE: to assist on-site project personnel in day to day work as directed by the lead man or anyone delegated by the superintendent.

LABORER

DEPARTMENT: Construction

REPORTS TO: Leadman / Assistant Superintendent

JOB PURPOSE:to assist on-site project personnel in day to day work as directed by the lead man or anyone delegated by the superintendent.

Pay scale is per hour depending on the position and verified skill level.

This is a full-time position with possible weekend and overtime work required. A 90 day probation period is mandatory for all new hires.
